The "Trade-In
Program" is very simple. Buy any one of my
listings through me and I will buy your home.
The only criteria is that your home must be of
lesser value than the house you are buying and you
must purchase a Vida Monify listing through me. Even
if you don't want to purchase one of my listings,
you can still make your home more saleable and more
valuable by listing with me in which case my
"Trade-In Program" would be available for any
purchaser with a lesser valued home who may want to
purchase your home. Throughout the years, I have
created numerous home sales with my Trade-In Program
where there would not have been a sale. Furthermore,
when I utilize my Trade-In Program to sell one of my
listings, my sellers usually end up with tens of
thousands of dollars IN THEIR POCKET as Buyers who
don't have to worry about selling their home don't
negotiate as hard on the sales price!!! I will pay
FAIR MARKET VALUE for your home based on the most
recent "comparables" taking into consideration
upgrades, lot location, and other factors minus 7%
for commission and closing costs. It's a HASSLE FREE
