One of which was your wealth of experience, but this was not what got me.  If you recall, I cancelled my contract with you after one or two weeks and gave it to another realtor who tried to sell for almost 1 1/2 years with no success. At the time of cancellation of your contract, you did not give me a fight like 99 percent of other realtors would have done.  Please accept my sincere APOLOGY for that cancellation! That was why I came back to you when I could not sell.

Vida, what I found out about you during this interaction is that you are a woman of your words; your word is your bond.  YOU ARE TRUST WORTHY apart from your wealth of experience; this is a quality hard to find these days. I can't believe I never came to your office from day one to the end because I had no cause to do so. You brought everything to my house. What a convenience!  I am going to sing your praises to everyone I know.  That is one of the ways I can say thanks for your hard work and honesty.  I wish we took all your advice from day one; we would have sold then at a much better price.
